Ino Attard acquired the restaurant over 30 years ago, and as Director was instrumental in turning it into the elegant and internationally renowned restaurant it is today. Mary Grace Attard continues her late husband’s commitment to offering the finest food, wine and service and is present at the restaurant most evenings to welcome guests.
Mario Schembri, Executive Chef at Ta’ Frenc Restaurant since 1984, is a highly respected chef both for his creativity and consistency.
Joseph Tabone, Restaurant Manager, joined Ta’ Frenc in 1996. He has a vast knowledge of wine, and specialises in flambé cooking.
