We are pleased to present our Easter’s lunch menu which will be available on Sunday 1st April 2018 at EUR50 per person.

Chicken and black pudding terrine with piccalilli and toasted hazelnuts

Paccheri with slow roasted rabbit ragu and truffle oil

Sous vide monkfish wrapped in Parma ham, lightly spiced fish veloutè, roasted tomatoes and crispy Kale

Pan seared chicken breast, chicken leg croquette, Vanilla Cauliflower mash, zucchini flower fritter and Porcini Veloutè

Or

Loin of lamb, sous vide rump and potato terrine, apricot walnut couscous, radicchio lettuce, and winter vegetables

Sinergia – Bocelli Family Wines Event

Ta’ Frenc Restaurant in collaboration with Bocelli Family Wines presents another of the very successful Wine Pairing Dinners. An 8 course dinner will be served at Eur 85 per person (including free flowing wine and water) on Friday 29th September 2017.
