We are pleased to present our Easter’s lunch menu which will be available on Sunday 1st April 2018 at EUR50 per person.

Paccheri with slow roasted rabbit ragu and truffle oil
Sous vide monkfish wrapped in Parma ham, lightly spiced fish veloutè, roasted tomatoes and crispy Kale
Pan seared chicken breast, chicken leg croquette, Vanilla Cauliflower mash, zucchini flower fritter and Porcini Veloutè
Loin of lamb, sous vide rump and potato terrine, apricot walnut couscous, radicchio lettuce, and winter vegetables
Olive oil and verbena sorbet
Sea-salted caramel tart with Javanese milk chocolate
