À La Carte
Inspired by the history of Ta’ Frenc, Mario Schembri, Executive Chef, and his brigade are pleased to present their 2015 menu, drawing on the classic and traditional dishes served in the restaurant in recent years and on his own exciting fresh style of cooking, which reflects a sense of place. The menu changes seasonally and is composed of products that showcase the best of Malta and Gozo, reflecting the chef’s philosophy, which is to retain the natural aroma, taste and texture of these ingredients.
In addition to the À La Carte menu, we offer ‘The Market Menu‘ offering three courses for €35, four courses for €45 or five courses for €50, of seasonal ingredients, with several choices at each course. This menu is to be ordered by the whole table. Please ask for today’s selections
Also for the whole table, we would like to present the Tasting Menu. For only €65 per person, patrons are free to select any 6 courses from our À La Carte menu (excluding Flambé). This menu is to be served to the whole table.
