À La Carte
Inspired by the history of Ta’ Frenc, Executive Chef Mario Schembri, Head Chef Matthew Sammut, Pastry Chef Emanuel Rapa, Main Kitchen Chef Joseph Buttigieg and their brigade are pleased to present their 2017 menu, drawing on the classic and traditional dishes served in the restaurant in recent years and on their own exciting fresh style of cooking, which reflects a sense of place. The menu changes seasonally and is composed of products that showcase the best of Malta and Gozo, reflecting the chef’s philosophy, which is to retain the natural aroma, taste and texture of these ingredients.
In addition to the À La Carte menu, we offer ‘The Market Menu‘ offering two courses for €25, three courses for €35 or four courses for €45, of seasonal ingredients, with several choices at each course. This menu is to be ordered by the whole table. Please ask for today’s selections
